BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. All levels, modifications given.
Indoor Cycle will burn an average of 600-800 calories in a one hour class. Alternating between aerobic and anaerobic activity will burn calories & fat. Other benefits include muscle strength & endurance through low impact resistance, elevate cardiovascular fitness including heart health, strengthen the support muscles around the joints of the hips, knees and ankles, lubricate knee joints through ROM to reduce arthritic pain and stiffness, core strength & tone through constant engagement. Strength Training Circuit
All levels. The class will consist of a warm-up, range of motion, and strength-building exercises. Individuals will start with PVC pipe to learn proper body mechanics and lifting angles before passing the screening to progress to the Olympic bar followed by the addition of plates. Lifts will be prescribed in a progressive manner and tailored to the individual. Olympic Lifts will be staggered in a circuit with other strength training tools. Strongly encouraged: core classes such as PIlates or CX Worx to build core strength in order to protect the back when lifting heavy. Recommended, but not required: weight lifting or low profile shoes for proprioception.
Flowing movement coordinated with breath. Students will build strength, balance, flexibility, mental focus, cardiovascular conditioning and calorie burn using proper alignment and technique. Average calorie burn for 45 minutes of flow is 415. All levels.
Access to Studio 2, which includes TRX Suspension Ropes, Kettle Bells, Barbells, Resistance Bands. Come in at any time during the allotted time slot. No instructor present. Please be courteous with noise as to not disrupt the Main Studio class.
Access to Studio 3 without an instructor present. Equipment includes Squat Rack, Bench Press, Olympic 45lb bar, and plates. Come in at any time during the allotted time slot.
Mat Pilates builds strength, develops core control and improves flexibility in the entire body. We will use breathing techniques and body awareness to enhance the benefit of every movement. Average calories burned for 45 minutes of movement is 252. All levels.
Suspension Body Weight Training circuit style. Move through all the major muscle groups, incorporating ropes, resistance bands, kettle bells, medicine balls and more. The ropes allow you to achieve a deeper range of motion by taking the balance aspect out of weight training or to add by taking away stability. All levels. 30 minutes. Space limited, reserve online.
Kids will learn to strengthen their bodies and calm their minds through movement and breath. Poses will be fun, utilizing animal themes and visualization techniques in an active, safe and inclusive environment to counter anxiety and stress.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
80%-95% effort body weight or resistance based exercises with timed recoveries. Burn more calories than a traditional workout in a shorter amount of time. Benefits include improvement in aerobic and anaerobic fitness, blood pressure, cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, cholesterol profiles, abdominal fat and body weight while maintaining lean muscle mass. 30 minutes. All levels welcome, modifications will be given.
Get ready to have fun, shake things up and burn some calories! In this invigorating cardio dance class, you will breakdown some basic steps in the warm up, have fun adding some beats to your new moves and cool off with some light stretches. All with a Latin and Hip-Hop theme! All levels.

Light cardio, strength, stretching and range of motion activities using resistance bands, light hand weights and exercise balls. Chair available for balance or modifications. All levels.
Wing Chun Kung Fu
This class will prepare students for defending themselves for the case of a desperate situation using “to the point” defensive techniques. This training will include pressure points, joint-manipulation, power generation, foot work and angling. The class will be geared towards the varied levels of skills of those involved ranging from beginner to experienced. Wing Chun is a Southern Chinese style style of Kung Fu, consisting mainly of Snake and Crane techniques, it is a soft/hard style focused primarily on close-quartered combat and short fist techniques. We will practice care and consideration for your training partners and all those involved. Session based, inquire in Studio.
Mixed Martial Arts inspired cardio workout that will burn up to 740 calories in one hour. Modalities include Boxing, Kickboxing, Muai Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. All levels, modifications given.
