JoeEtta McAdam – Owner/Instructor
JoeEtta has been teaching fitness classes in the Bay Area since 2009. Holding a national certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, she has individual certifications to teach formats including Vinyasa Yoga through Yogafit, Pilates, Les Mills Bodyflow™, Les Mills Grit™, Les Mills Bodypump™, Indoor Cycle from Schwinn and Indoor Cycling Group as well as Senior Fitness through Silver Sneakers™. JoeEtta’s passion lies in coaching people to find their inner strength and using it to become better versions of themselves. JoeEtta continues to advance her skill through continuing education and advanced instructor training.
Jillian Delabar-Galarsa – Instructor
Jillian is a certified 200HR Yoga instructor specializing in both Hatha and Vinyasa. She is a certified 100HR Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga instructor with an additional certification for Children’s Yoga through Cosmic Kids Yoga Campus. Jillian spent several years dancing professionally in San Diego, CA specifically in Latin styles of dance. Her love and passion for movement are infectious and will get anyBODY moving and having fun!
Amanda St Germain – Instructor
Amanda has been a local resident for 27 years. She decided to get into health and fitness after having her son in 2012. Along her fitness journey, Amanda lost 50 lbs! Her passion and dedication inspired others leading to the encouragement of her sister in law to become a fitness instructor. Amanda got certified in P90X HIIT to help others achieve their goals! She has been a fitness instructor since 2014.
Michelle Webber – Instructor
Many years ago when Michelle took her first yoga class, she knew this practice would continue to be a part of her life forever. The foundation of yoga has led her to be more patient, compassionate, joyful and kind. As a mother of two young children, she recognizes how important yoga is for her family and wants to share her experience with other children in her community. Michelle received her teacher training thru Cosmic Kids where yoga and mindfulness is made fun. Her classes include creative themes, cooperative games and social emotional learning. Let your child learn the delicate balance of blending stillness with silliness.
Austin Wilson – Instructor
Austin has 25 years of martial arts experience including Muay Thai, Judo, Open Combat, Taekwondo, Karate and MMA. Throughout his career, Austin has trained active military professionals from the Army, Marines and Navy. He has been teaching self defense and Wing Chun since 2008. Wing Chun Kung Fu is a Southern Chinese martial art. Wing Chun is a combination of defense and attack strategies including soft-hard, short fist, rooted, rapid fire strikes, low kicks and trips.
