JoeEtta McAdam, PT, FNS, GXI – Owner/Instructor
JoeEtta has been a full time fitness instructor since 2009. As a nationally certified Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA since 2010, she is qualified to teach to all populations. JoeEtta also has individual certifications to teach formats including Yogafit, AFAA Pilates, Les Mills Bodyflow™, Les Mills Grit™, Les Mills Bodypump™, Indoor Cycle from Schwinn, Indoor Cycling Group as well as 24 Cycle, senior fitness through Silver Sneakers™, and Suspension Training through TRX. JoeEtta’s continuing education units include Les Mills Advanced Instructor Trainings, AFAA Injury Prevention, IDEA Olympic Lifting & RAD Exercise Oncology. As a Fitness Nutrition Specialist through NASM, JoeEtta coaches people on ways to integrate healthy eating as part of a total health & wellness program. As a Personal Trainer through NCSF, JoeEtta is able to develop an individual fitness program based on the needs and goals of each individual in order to produce results. Integrating multiple format certifications with knowledge in nutrition & fitness program development coupled with many years of experience, allows JoeEtta to deliver a unique fitness experience in a safe and effective manor. JoeEtta’s passion lies in coaching people to find their inner strength and using it to become better versions of themselves.
Lindsay Pappas – Instructor
Lindsay became certified as an Indoor Cycling Instructor through Indoor Cycling Group in 2020. Lindsay’s love for teaching in the educational field and her dedication to fitness collided, giving her the ability to utilize her experience and her passion to deliver motivational and inspiring fitness classes! CPR certified. Lindsay received her Pilates certification through AFAA in 2021.
Kayla Kilpatrick – Instructor
Kayla was certified in Indoor Cycling in 2012 through Schwinn. She enjoys all types of fitness and cross trains in different formats regularly. Kayla recently moved from LA and is excited to bring her passion for fitness to Yreka!
Jillian Delabar-Galarsa – Instructor
Jillian is a certified 200HR Yoga instructor specializing in both Hatha and Vinyasa. She is a certified 100HR Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga instructor with an additional certification for Children’s Yoga through Cosmic Kids Yoga Campus. Jillian spent several years dancing professionally in San Diego, CA specifically in Latin styles of dance. Her love and passion for movement are infectious and will get anyBODY moving and having fun!
Ana Henrickson – Instructor
Ana became certified in Les Mills Bodypump July 2019. Les Mills Instructor certifications are awarded after three months of trainings and assessments to those who embody the essence of fitness. After participating in Les Mills classes for the last 7 years, Ana felt the calling to jump in and bring the same joy she had experienced from LM fitness classes to others. We are excited to have her as the newest member of our team! CPR & AED certified
Michelle Webber – Instructor
Many years ago when Michelle took her first yoga class, she knew this practice would continue to be a part of her life forever. The foundation of yoga has led her to be more patient, compassionate, joyful and kind. As a mother of two young children, she recognizes how important yoga is for her family and wants to share her experience with other children in her community. Michelle received her teacher training thru Cosmic Kids where yoga and mindfulness is made fun. Her classes include creative themes, cooperative games and social emotional learning. Let your child learn the delicate balance of blending stillness with silliness.CPR & AED certified.
Ashlee Crowley – Instructor
Ashlee became certified as a TRX Trainer in 2021. She discovered her passion for fitness and nutrition in 2020 and has been dedicated ever since! Ashlee’s goal is to use her life changing experience with health and wellness to better the lives of each person who walks into her class.
Sarah Coakley – Instructor/Personal Trainer
Sarah has been in the fitness industry for over ten years. Having a passion for group fitness she is certified in Les Mills BodyPump & BodyFlow. Holding advanced certifications in both. Sarah has certifications in senior fitness programs which include SilverSneakers and EnhanceFitness as well as Suspension Training through TRX. Sarah is also a certified NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Trainer and a Certified NASM Weight Loss Specialist. CPR, AED & First Aid certified.
